Vendor Booth Information

A. Location: The Lions Club Petrolia 451 Huggard St. Petrolia, N0N1RO. A site layout will be provided in advance of the event via email. Parking is free, but we ask that all vendors part at the far end of the parking lot after unloading to keep closer spots available for visistors B - Booth details Indoor booth space will be available on a first come first serve basis with locations determined by the Lambton Country Fibre Artist Festival Committee Hydro indoors is also first come/first served. Set up time for all booths is between 8 am to 9:50 am Requirements: Vehicles must be moved to the designated areas by 9:45 and you must remain in your booths until 4 pm Outdoor Booth spaces under the pavilion are also determined by the Committee to ensure there is a good traffic flow. The size of area is approx. 9' wide by 10' depth. You will need to provide your own tables/chairs and display. I you choose to bring your own canopy outside of the pavilion the same applies. We will even allow a 12'x12' tent if multiple artisans are showcasing together.

Terms and Conditions

The Lambton County Fibre Arts Vendor (herein referred to as “the Vendor”) Agrees: The Vendor is responsible to bring their own equipment (i.e. chairs, tables, tents, etc.). The application must be paid at the time of registration. No commission will be charged on sales. Participants are responsible for their own cash system, including the collection and submission of any applicable taxes to the Ministry of Revenue. All items exhibited must be original crafts or art objects of the artist’s own design and making. Commercial businesses and the selling of Canadian & American souvenirs are not permitted. No group or individual member thereof shall perform, demonstrate nor allow performances or demonstrations of any activity which is, or has the potential to be offensive, hazardous or otherwise dangerous to the welfare of the community, staff, groups, or individual members thereof. That the said Vendor respect and enforce all policies contained in the Parks Protection And Regulation By-Law No. 38-2009 of the Corporation Of The Town Of Petrolia which pertains to parking, vehicles in the park, signage, animals, and fireworks, inclusive. To recognize and enforce the rules and regulations of all Town facilities, including but not limited to: No person shall consume any illicit drugs or alcohol while on the premises; Electrical supply shall not be altered or increased; No equipment shall be supported from a roof superstructure; Ensure entrance is not blocked by benches/chairs - allow for safe traffic flow; Ensure fire extinguishers are easily accessible; No signs, equipment or decorations will be attached to the interior or exterior surfaces of any facility that would result in damages, disfigurement or defacing of surfaces; and Vehicles parked within the park or facility area should be limited to only those used for unloading/loading of equipment. All other vehicles should be parked in appropriate parking lots located around the park and/or facility. Vehicles must be removed immediately after unloading. The Vendor shall indemnify and save harmless the Town, the Organizing Committee, the venue, and volunteers against any and all actions, cause of action, claims and expenses whatsoever presented by any group, person, or peoples participating in or attending at the event for loss or damage sustained as a result of attending the said event.
